Drain Work
Our approach to Drain Systems is the following.
In every situation, it has been our observation that the number one problems we are faced with is surface runoff. This observation is only a generalization that comprises many problems, and many approaches based on the following:
- Individual property elevation
- Imperviuos surfaces within that property
- Channeling or directing water
It is also our observation that tapping on the source has even greater results than to catch water at a lower end after the damage has occurred.
When resolving a drain problem by evaluating the source and the corrections needed to be made, we then prepare a list of materials and outline approaches that can best solve the problem. Some examples are:
Piping
Perforated Pipe
- Origin / Source
- Water seepage
- Retaining wall graveling
Solid Pipe
- Origin / Source
- Guttering availability
- Down spouts
Grading
